Young Patrice Lumumba of Douala, Littoral Region, Republic of Cameroon as Central Africa Regional Facilitator.

Africa’s blue economy needs voices that understand both the sea and the people who depend on it. Capt. Lumumba brings decades of experience and deep expertise in maritime affairs:

Professional Background:

2. Engage governments, private sector, and coastal communities to advance sustainable ocean use
3. Promote decent blue jobs and enterprise opportunities for youth, women, and vulnerable groups
